Ticketing Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ON CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ATTENDANCE CAREFULLY
TICKET EXCHANGE / WRISTBAND COLLECTION
Upon arrival at Band 2Gether, patrons must present either a printed ticket for scanning OR have a mobile device ready and available with a digital copy of their ticket visible on the screen. Festival staff will then scan the ticket's QR code and issue an applicable wristband.
A valid wristband must be worn at all times to gain access to Band 2Gether - no wristband, no entry.
In the event that patrons have misplaced their ticket, patrons will be required to present a valid form of identification at the event gate. Provided this identification matches the original booking, entry wristbands will then be issued.
In the event that a patron is unable to attend Band 2Gether, no refunds will be issued. Patrons are however permitted to resell their tickets for the original purchase price.
Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder may not be permitted entry.
Organisers encourage patrons wishing to resell tickets to do so via the festival's official Facebook page and specifically via the 'Events' section of the page.
Organisers will not be held responsible for any transactions or ticket exchanges coordinated privately between patrons. It is the responsibility of the individual buyer and seller to ensure the transaction is completed in a satisfactory manner.
Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who:
• Cannot produce a valid ticket
• Presents a ticket that has been purchased or obtained through an unauthorised source or by illegal means
• Presents a ticket that has been duplicated
YOUTH POLICY AND PROOF OF AGE
CONCESSION ticket holders must be aged between 12 and 17 and accompanied by a parent or responsible adult AT ALL TIMES. We may need to verify that the contact for the responsible parent or adult is genuine. A concession wristband will be issued on entry upon presentation of suitable identification.

Event Organisers will not refund, provide an exchange or replace any tickets when:
• The ticket holder chooses not to attend the event
